Sometimes refered to in Alaska as "Barn Door" because of it's huge size, Half Moon Bay Halibut can be described in size by the "chicken" moniker.

Try the recipe here to tempt your taste buds with a silky, deeply flavored sauce. When I tried it, I used pork chops. And don't stop there, try it with Pork tenderloin or, as we serve it, drizzled on grilled lamb kebab in toasted pita. Yum!
